Shipment processing time

  • Your order will be processed within 1-2 days.
  • Standard orders are sent for delivery up to 2 working days following the order being made. Please choose express if you need your order quickly.
  • Express orders will take up to 3 business days to arrive in New Zealand, up to 5 in Australia.
  • Orders cannot be delivered on Sundays or on public holidays.

If you are getting your order delivered to a workplace, please include the PO Box details correctly to ensure it gets to the correct address.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Your shipment and confirmation number will be sent to you via email when the courier has picked up your package.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Ulalelei is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Ulalelei is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

We take great care when packaging our orders. If you are unhappy with your order (not the packaging), please contact us at info@ulalelei.co.nz and we can sort it from there. You, the customer will be responsible for shipment fees for a return. The return process once received will take 5 business days to complete, after an investigation followed by a refund.
