Q. I’m in a rush, are there pre-made gift box options?
A. Yes. Click on the “Gift Box Range” via the menu to discover the perfect gift - there is an option for ANY occasion. 

Q. Can I come pick up my order in person? A. If you are in Wellington, we can arrange for you to pick up in Northland. Contact us at info@ulalelei.co.nz to query further. 

Q. I’m wanting a specific ribbon colour combination for ula lole/chocolate ula, is it possible to personalise an order? 
A.Yes. With a minimum spend of $250, we can provide colour-specific necklaces of your choice. Please contact us at info@ulalelei.co.nz before purchasing. 

Q. I’m wanting a customised colour option for Kahoa lole, is this possible? 

A. Yes. If you choose the “customise” option on the Kahoa product page you will be charged an extra $15.00 to have your dream colour combo! Simply add the colours you’d prefer in the note section at checkout. 

Q. I’m wanting your Luxury range/ula lole/chocolate ula/ribbon lei (ula Lipine) in specific colours for my team/Pacific language week/certain event. Is this possible?

Q. Can I order from Australia? 
A. No. The delivery fees are almost $100 for air freight. We will open in Australia in 2024. ✨
